Better than InceptionBy RedValleyJohn (136 reviews) from Biggleswade , 23 Mar 2011
[Highly rated reviewer]It was inevitable that there would be comparisons with The Adjustment Bureau and last year's big hit Inception. Both are about changing time , perception and fate but there is one big difference between both of the films and that is that The Adjustment Bureau is better .
This film is not complicated at all , despite being far fetched and at no time do you think ' What the hell is going on here' as i did with Inception.
Sure , it does not have the fantastic special affects but to be honest , affects are not good when the plot is a mess.
Matt Damon plays a politician who meets a beautiful woman and it's love at first sight. The problem is the Bureau can't let it progress because it's not part of the plan.
I really enjoyed Matt Damon's performance as well as Emily Blunt's and Anthony Mackie's .
It's the kind of film that does not patronise the audience with a plot that needs several viewing to understand it and it's not too long either.
Well worth watching.

A good watch!By Smartstring (38 reviews) , 27 Nov 2013I watched this very good film, bewildered and impressed and toward the end i felt that i had seen it before, then realised i had as 'Inception' nevertheless a good film.
Adjust You Television channel or they`ll labotomize ya!By movieganster (5 reviews) , 06 Nov 2013
THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS Show review anywayHideWell after watching it once.. trust me it was enough. I think the story line had more holes in it than a fancy cheese! What about everyone elses lives they just concentrated on Matt Damon being president and Emily Blunt who appears outta nowhwere in the film with a really lame excuse for being in the gents.
He gets her number and loses it so they don`t meet again for THREE years by chance! Surely if she liked him that much then the famous politician wouldn`t be hard to find or message.?
The 'bad guys' aren`t really that bad even though they threaten people with labotomies, bit harsh but that`s there thing if you don`t go with the path they sent ya on!
Any way the ending is poor a bit like my review ..just ends no questions answered...
Great, would recommend !By Beckyc2812 (9 reviews) from Eastbourne , 27 Oct 2013Really great film, I totally got it (and I usually don't with films like this) and actually enjoyed it. Matt Damon is very likable and Emily Blunt good too.

Without Damon it would be below average!By FullofStars (65 reviews) from Scotland , 19 Oct 2013Super sci-fi thriller with lots of twists. Great effects and performances, especially from Damon, without whom this would be far less memorable. Watch it.
