LOVEFiLM Review The Angels' Share

  • 4 stars out of 5

    By Herman Clay from LOVEFiLM

The latest offering from Ken Loach sees a bunch of local misfits hatch a plan to get rich, thanks to some very pricey Whiskey?

It's spelt WHISKY!!!!! It's set in Scotland where we spell our national drink, WHISKY! Now I'm off to have a wee dram of WHISKY!!

It is a film, with some good humour. The comments when they visit Edinburgh was quite funny. No shootings, or murder, which makes a change from the thrillers that I watch. Yes, you will enjoy this.

I loved this film but I am not sure it would appeal to a non Scottish audience. Heartwarming and funny without being sentimental. Yes there was a lot of swearing but this is exactly how the characters would talk in real life. Give it a go and I don't think you will be disappointed
