Based on Roald Dahl's classic tale, this animated feature boasts the vocal talents of David Jason as the Big Friendly Giant and Amanda Root as Sophie, the little girl he befriends while delivering dreams to children. The two team up to defeat the bad giants, with a little help from the Queen of England (voiced by Angela Thorne). Cute and pleasing, and great for kids.

All I can say is, I LOVED their caricature of the queen! Fantastic for children and adults with a kiddish streak!

This was a really good animation. The children loved it, and the ending nearly made the adults cry! Recommended viewing for children, and any accompanying adults will also enjoy.
