    Cyndi Lauper's musical revamp of 2005 movie Kinky Boots is set to hit the stage later this year (12). The Girls Just Wanna Have Fun singer joined forces with actor/writer Harvey Fierstein and director/choreographer Jerry Mitchell for the production in 2010 and the theatre show will now get a test run in Chicago, Illinois later this year (12), before hitting Broadway.
