    Perfect beat.

I saw this at the cinema and loved it.

The central character is torn between his love of music and his violent life.

If you love to lose yourself in music you will find something to identify with in here.

I don't think there was a single bum note in the movie.

One of my favourites of 2005.

dreary awful film about nasty people

I usually like french films but the main characters in this were unpleasant and remained unchanged and unredeemed - I ended up skipping to the end to see if any of the characters developed or improved - but no. Wish I hadnt watched it as long as I did - it left a depressing bad taste behind.
