Tensions from the civl war outside school grounds mix with sexual tensions within. Together with Play Misty For Me, this shows what Eastwood could do if given the chance. With a couple of exceptions, he wouldn't get that chance to play anything but Dirty Harry/Dirty Harry on a Horse again for a few decades!
