I really enjoyed this film and what's more, so did my wife. At first, she was a little unsure when I told her what "The Swap" was, but we watched as the swaps continued and things began to ... well, you can probably guess what tends to happen.

There was good acting by all concerned and for once the men and women concerned looked ordinary just like you and me. Get this film and you`ll not be disappointed, just probably happy with what you`ve got!

This is at about the level of a reasonable channel 4 toungue-in-cheek drama, its no porno romp, so don't expect too much flesh. It involves the switching of emphases in relationships, that are often too much for individuals to bear, a common theme in adult drama, and its repeated here. It quels no myths and supports no stereotypes and so should not threaten any broad minded watcher. Have fun.

  • The Big … oh, actually it’s not bad.

More than a bit contrived to start with but it got better. There were some interesting characters explored, each with their own demons, dilemmas and compromises – definitely the most interesting aspect. When I saw the DVD menu I rolled my eyes and thought I had rented a crummy skin-flick – and there was a fair bit of skin on show - but it was worth persevering and in the end I was pleasantly surprised by the film. The start and end were pretty lame but the middle sections were good. Slightly surprised that I’ve not seen any of the actors in anything else.
