[Highly rated reviewer]The Blind Side is a great all-round family film. Sandra Bullock plays a rich yet kind-hearted mother who takes in a young homeless boy. This uplifting film gives you hope that there are kind people in the world. The best part is that it is based on the true story of Michael Oher.

The Blind SideBy Cupitt (2 reviews) , 25 Feb 2013The Blind Side is a brilliant feel good film, it made me cry at times because of the loving support offered to Michael. The acting is superb from all the cast. You don't have to be into American football to enjoy this film.
Different story but worth a watch.By Snugglepusscat (5 reviews) , 24 Feb 2013Great film. Sandra Bullock didn't play the kind of character she normally does and it was nice to see her doing something different in this film. It shows what a great actress she is. Wonderful true story to. Well worth a couple of hours of your time for the entertainment.
Suprisingly enjoyableBy sue1959 (3 reviews) , 24 Feb 2013Honestly wasn't expecting much from this film, just wanted something easy to watch but was very pleasantly surprised. The acting is good and while a pretty old, well trodden story it comes across well. The southern accents are grating but that's more me being a snob :D. Would thoroughly recommend this film.
