Blue Dahlia still tells a good yarn

The Blue Dahlia is an old film and yes it is dated in the style of dress and the people in the supporting cast, but it still tells a good yarn and set the precedent for many modern films. Probably Alan Ladd's best film after Shane, keeps you guessing for most of the time. Probably a low budget film of the day, but puts several big budget films to shame. Worth a look just to see a film with dialogue!
