There is no ultimatum in The Bourne Ultimatum. Nevertheless, this may be the ultimate Bourne. It certainly feels like the end of the road, even if Universal will be desperate to persuade Matt Damon otherwise. Steven Soderbergh's movie Che was so low budget, Matt Damon used a promotional trip for The Bourne Ultimatum to bag a free flight to Europe to film his part. The moviemaker asked Damon to appear in the biopic, about Latino revolutionary Che Guevara, and he was quick to sign up to the picture. Spy thriller The Bourne Ultimatum, which stars Matt Damon, Julia Styles and Albert Finney, scooped the top prize at last night's Sony Ericsson Empire Awards 2008, the movie magazine has confirmed. Top awards, which are voted for by the magazine's readers, also went to Atonement's Keira Knightley and James McAvoy, who took home the gongs for Best Actress and Best Actor.
