    True actors

    A beautiful film brilliantly acted.

An emotional ride of the lives of two dying men coming to grips with the end of their lives. Freeman and Nicholson gel together so well as they form a friendship which will leave you with tears in your eyes and a smile on your face.

    Perfect pairing

Nicholson is the billionaire that owns a hospital, Freeman is the mechanic who ends up in the bed next to him and an unlikely friendship develops. This, for me was the best part of the film, but the ensuing pursuit of their 'must do' Bucket List makes for a very enjoyable, funny but poignant film.

This could so easily have descended in to over-the-top sentimentality but these two great actors keep it real, right to the end.

I laughed and cried at this film and I would recommend it to all but the most cynical movie lovers.

And for Nightcrawler in X-2, a superpower with some unpleasant side-effects, like blue skin and yellow eyes. David Rice (Hayden Christensen) doesn't realize he's been born with the ability to transcend space until he's 15 years old, and drowning beneath a layer of ice in a frozen pond. Inexplicably, he thinks of the library - I guess he's a swot - and next thing he... Read more
