forget it
They should leave classic films like the Butterfly effect alone - with the exception of the director's cut of the original - which was a nice alternative to the original ending. This is tv movie of the week material. Not a patch on the first. How could it be?.

Yawn effect
Making this film seemed like a bit of a waste of money as it was exactly the same formula as the first, but not as good. It felt as if they had known that too as it was very short and the main characters jumps through time were all very rushed. Not worth renting, but if you do watch it, at least it only takes up just over an hour of your life.
