I watched the Cape with a sense of excitement because it co starred Summer Glau, who wowed me as 'River tam' in Firefly and 'Cameron' in the terminater chronicles so I was devestated and totally disappointed to see that this series was nothing but a very poor Batman Begins rip off. Virtually every scene in the pilot was practically lifted from the aforementioned film. The lead character, (Vince Farraday/The Cape) even adopted Christian Bales irritating raspy whisper in a couple of scenes.

I watched it for four episodes hoping it would improve and show some origionality but it actually got worse. When they started adopting weird camera angles like the 1960's seriel 'Batman' I decided enough was enough. I almost expected to see 'ZAP' and 'POW' to appear on the screen during the fight scenes.

I'm sorry to see Summer Glau involved in this rubbish because, in my opinion it is a total mess.
