Spectacular... Impressive... Thrilling
What is it with movie makers... just as soon as one cave horror film leaves the screens another shortly follows?
Compared to The Descent this one has less blood, but better storyline, more variety on 'monsters' but still couldn't believe it was only a 12?!?
The cave scenes themselves were brilliant, every cavern had it's own theme. Definately worth going to watch, but not if you are about to visit the Cheddar Gorge whose takings must be down this year due to the onslaught of the cave horror shockers of 2005!
Alien in a cave, but with less tension and no gore. A motley collection of 2 dimensional cavers get bumped off 1 by 1 - you know the formula. All the fun is guessing the correct order of demise. The Descent is much much better, but as creature features go this will pass an amiable 90 mins. Most notable is the appearance of the korean guy out of Lost who has quite a big role (and talks English throughout!)
