    Started off alright...

...but soon went downhill turning into your average Japanese martial arts cop & bad guy action flick. Thought it would have more substance to it but was a tad disappointed!

    Quality Eastern action

Directed with confidence and flair in the vein of John Woo City of Violence is a worthy successor to the finest traditions of eastern action. While the story is a little shallow this has forever been a complaint with action movies and the excellent fight choreography and some nice visual touches more than make up for this. Highly recommended.
