This is not a horror film,it is science fiction. A secret army toxin turning all exposed people into raving homicidal maniacs would have given the movie more bite.As it is, some victims are depicted as flower children.A potentially good film let down by a very low budget.(Some of the soldiers in the bio suits are local high school students).
