Movie hardman Lee Marvin leads a bunch of criminal reprebates in a suicide mission against the Nazis in this brilliantly brutal WWII romp.
Marvin is backed up by heavyweight acting talent in the form of Charles Bronson, Telly Savalas and Donald Sutherland to name but a few.
Grabs your attention and refuses to let go from the moment Major Reisman (Marvin) selects his team, right through their training and finally on to their date with destiny in Nazi-occupied France.
Criminally underrated!
