    Festive feelgood..

This is a wonderful dream of a movie that just soaks you in and blankets you with warmth. It is one of those very special treats that just makes you feel all warm.. and..oh yes... It will make you cry.. even if you are a 6ft 6 ark welder from Hull. You have been warned, watch it at your own risk with your kleenex.. but just watch it..

    Cheese Fest

I am all for a good girly film, but this was like a cheese souffle.

The Family Stone are an awful bunch, really rude yet we are supposed to sympathise with them disliking Meredith. The film sets up emotional, romantic scenes which just don't work. I got bored and couldn't have cared less what happened to the characters by the end of the film.

If you want to drool over Mr Mulroney then watch My Best Friend's Wedding it's much much better.

    Great Fun

Classic Rom Com, funny and touching in places. Very easy on the eye and nicely entertaining, perfect chick flick

    I really enjoyed this film.

I thought all the actors where excellent especially Sarah Jessica Parker and Luke Wilson.

    Would highly recommend this film.

    Even my partner enjoyed it.

    ZERO STARS!

Perhaps THE worst film I have ever seen! Once in a while a film comes along that is SO bad that I have to walk out of my OWN living room. Even my wife thought it was awful and she's a sucker for rom-coms. They should not have bothered wasting the paper to print the script out on and given the money it cost to make this pile of dross to starving children.

    One to miss

I gave up watching this film about half way through, which is saying something because I managed to sit through Dungeons and Dragons . Its not the usual chick flick fluff that I will happily tolerate - the humour is bitchy, the characters are unlikable, sort of like Celebrity Big Brother, but less watchble.

    Boring

Thought it was a comedy, but not at all funny. It is boring and depressing.

    Wow!

This was an amazing film. Very heartwarming.

I found the ending a bit sad - although I don't think it was meant to be sad. I loved the deaf/gay/adoption storyline, although it was quite small - shame!

All in all, it was truly amazing - I watched it twice in one go!
