This is a very simple but effective solution to a street confrontation.
I have studied many styles of martial arts and listened to various 'so called' experts and as a doorman I have seen their complicated systems fail first hand.
If you overlook this simple technique for something more flashy you may get a shock... or worse- Was this review helpful to you?

It is a shame that the discs are all on 'home-brew' DVD-Rs but it was worth the wait for a decent copy as the content of this disc is great.
I do not know Geoff but have studied martial arts in Coventry along similar lines to His work for most of my life. The idea of using posture to CONTROL confrontation, particularly in a situation where you may have no choice but to strike is truly useful.- Was this review helpful to you?

Worth a watch
By Matthew McWilliams from Southampton , 07 Nov 2007I enjoyed this DVD as it did not try to hard to sell itself. The advise given was very usefull and practical. Not being someone who thankfully gets into trouble of this kind, I found myself taking away some good common sense advice for avoiding trouble that may be yet to come. Levels of violence seem to be on the increase and not just in pubs and clubs, how to avoid trouble and if you have to deal with it is something everyone should know. I highly recommend this DVD as it is easy to digest and could save you a beating or worse.- Was this review helpful to you?
