mystical childhood tale
By a customer , 21 Aug 2012[Highly rated reviewer]
I loved this film. It captured the feel of the seventies excellently. The creators really knew how to create a mystical and suspenseful atmosphere. The boy (actor Joshua Ormond) was excellent. Although the characters were troubled or troubling, the film had a warm feel and a positive ending, even though you were still never completely sure exactly what had happened.- Was this review helpful to you?

Stay out of them corn fields
By Sheilaflora90 (4 reviews) , 08 Nov 2012This film wasn't very scary at all, I think the description of the film is misleading of the actual storyline and plot. The only reason I have given it 3 stars is because I think the grandma made this film for me, she was hilarious!- Was this review helpful to you?

Was This Really Based On A True Story?
By a customer , 30 Sep 2012I've awarded (if that's the word) 'The Fields' half a star, purely for the reason; I can't award it anything less.- Was this review helpful to you?

Should be buried in a field - and left there!
By Wooster (310 reviews) from Tonbridge , 16 Sep 2012I sat through The Fields wondering, quite frankly, what it was all about.
The acting was wooden and the camera-work like a 70's B movie. In fact the whole thing was like a low-budget 70's B movie except they forgot to add a story.
I really hoped this was going to be one of those hidden gems but no such luck.- Was this review helpful to you?
