    [Highly rated reviewer]

Don't be misled by the title. This is little more than an amateurish video of a training session, seemingly led by a few guest trainers, most of whom can't even speak English. There are few techniques demonstrated or explained.

    Absolute rubbish!!!

I only saw the reviews after i'd ordered this DVD.

I study Krav Maga, a form of self defence used by the Israeli militarty and adapted for civilian use. None of it resembles anything on this DVD.

A bunch of people who've spent years doing fancy Katas in gyms and church halls on a Monday night and have never probably had to use any of it for real trying to tell us this is how the SAS,Seals etc do it!!

This isn't worth even 1 star, and this vid will probably end up getting you killed. It's CRAP

After checking QLeap's website I'm pretty sure the actual title of this DVD should read 'Fighting Spirit - Beginner to Black Belt' Vol 3 as the contents listed on their website for this DVD are identical to the copy sent out i.e. contains demostrations and instructionals of Karate (with Tony Sykes), Wing Chun (James Sinclair), Wado-Ryu Karate (Shihan Sakagami) etc.

Worth getting though for the Wing Chun sequence alone which is superb!

Extremely mis-leading Title as this DVD (in itself, not bad) has almost nothing to do with Special Forces or their techniques.

The special forces DO NOT train like this! Not unless they wish to be killed in Close Quarter Combat, that is. This is basically home video footage of a Karate seminar conducted by two Japanese 'Masters', both of whom are overweight and lacking in skill. The techniques shown are lacklustre. If you want to see a Karate McDojo in action, crack open a can, sit back and laugh at these guys. This is Bullshido of the highest order.
