    Olivia Goldsmith's bestselling novel is turned into a hilarious film by Police Academy director Hugh Wilson. Hollywood divas Goldie Hawn, Bette Midler and Diane Keaton give sparkling performances as the three wealthy New Yorkers who have been deserted by their husbands in favour of much younger women (including Sex and the City's Sarah Jessica Parker and Showgirls star Elizabeth Berkley). Instead of sitting back and taking it, the trio unites to exact revenge and gain financial control, with Midler stealing the show from her two co-stars as the most deliciously vicious of them all. Terrific stuff.

    Amazing!

    This is the perfect film if you've just been dumped. First wifes club is the story of 3 High Society women from New York who have been dumped for younger models.

    An uplifting and very funny film. Perfect for a girls night in.

    Cheesy but Fab!

    This is such a feel good chick flick.. with a pick and mix of iconic female movies stars, the acting is corny but thats what you expect.. there is an early appearence from SJParker and a queen Maggie Smith graces the screen with her ora! its well worth a watch, its an event filled journey through 3 womens revenge on there scheming, cheating husbands. It brings a tear to your eye and and mays smiles to your face! Bravo!!!
