The Fourth Angel
Magazine editor, Jack Elgin, is left distraught after his wife and three children are murdered in a terrorist attack. The perpetrators are caught and to Jack's disbelief they are then released. It is then that he decides to take the law into his own hands and with the help of his friend Kate they set out to track down and destroy international terrorist groups.

This is rubbish. Looks like it was a home video effort. No one would think there was any sort of budget for this film about it at all.

Despite the to and fro of various character sub plots and erratic edit especially towards the end I quite enjoyed this. Worth a look.
