Robert De Niro has refuted suggestions that he is difficult to work with, claiming that the process of filmmaking is tricky enough without adding to it with such behaviour. Acting legends Robert De Niro and Al Pacino are to reunite in a new movie entitled Righteous Kill, it was announced at the Cannes Film Festival. The two stars are to play police investigators in the film - which will see them share the screen for much longer than their one scene in Michael Mann's Heat - as the duo look into the case of a serial killer. De Niro joins Fine cast

Screen legend Robert De Niro has joined Charlie's Angels star Drew Barrymore and Pearl Harbour's Kate Beckinsale in the cast of comedy remake Everybody's Fine, according to reports. Industry newspaper Variety says De Niro, whose CV includes Raging Bull, Godfather II, Goodfellas and Casino, will take the lead in the move, which is remake of Italian film Stanno Tutti Bene. He will play a widower who takes a road trip in a bid to reconnect with his grown-up children following the death of his wife. Read more
