    [Highly rated reviewer]

These series was very enjoyable it just a shame that it was so short. A bit dissapointed that it was only four episodes.

Its action packed, its explosive, stories are very well writen, acting very very good. Only dissapointment on that front was the relationship between Alec & Jane was very wooden and looked uncomfortable at times,

Would recommend this its definently worth a watch.

I would have given this 5 stars just because Richard Armitage was in it but I thought that was a bit shallow! Basically, that was what attracted me to this dvd. I enjoyed this series but it was too short at 4 episodes ( can't remember seeing a series with only 4 episodes before this). I would have liked to see the characters develop further. Richard is a very versatile actor (Robin Hood, Spooks, North & South) and he did some cracking stuff for the RSC but this series didn't stretch him at all.I DIDN'T like the way the past events were re-told over & over again every few minutes . I felt we viewers were treated as if we had short term memory loss and there was no need for it. All in all, the plots were decent and I didn't have to think too hard about it.

Excellent. Thrilling with lots going on. Kept my interest going throughout as we get bored easily...

THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS Show review anywayHide

I was very impressed with the different style of filming in this drama series, which works backwards through the story so that you find yourself making judgements at the beginning of it and having to change your mind as things become aparent.

The characters are interesting although I find it irritating that every social moment they have seems to be an alcohol overload.

This is a fairly graphic show and I sometimes cover my eyes if it's a bit too much.

A particularly fine actor in the show is Richard Armitage.

    Well worth watching.
