Very misleading - movie aims only to glorify the Chinese Communist Party.

Warning - This movie's alleged description of seeing China lifted up out of the ashes through the CCP is very misleading. The only aim here is to glorify the Chinese Communist Party and sway people away from free speech via the internet, etc.
It has been a very big flop in every country showing it outside of China, except for China herself where the govt bought most of the movie theater tickets just to make the movie a bestseller! Most Chinese citizens don't even want to see it. See such reviews on-line.
This movie is dishonest and an insult to freedom both in China and in Tibet.- Was this review helpful to you?

(3)not such a great revival - pitty
By a customer , 12 Nov 2012Great film and story line BUT the subtitles were of poor quality at times so small hardly readable. Also if you blinked the next lot of sub titles came up before you had chance to read the previous ones. Made it hard work

Best Ever!
