myself and my two kids have enjoyed all of the Julia Donaldson range of books, and watched the first film of The Gruffalo, and now watched this, the Gruffalo's Child. It was just fabulous. Really cleverly done.

Beautifully animated and with an exceptional 'cast' would recommend for children from 2-6 years -not too sentimental or scary - just right!

kids seemed to enjoy the film, but when I asked if they wanted me to keep it longer so they could watch again, they all said NO. Their ages range between 10 and 3 and a half.

Very worth renting for young children, well drawn and engagingly told. Could have been shorter, but enjoyable anyway. Even better if it had subtitles.
