    Adifferent type of action film

Not bad but if your expecting wall to wall action you will be dissapointed (van damme teams up with awol director sheldon lettich so you expect some blistering martial arts scenes) for this thriller a film a good story with a few action scenes van damme is an ex battled scarred iraq war veterna having to protect a business man and his sister from an release violent gangster better than a your recent steven segal flicks

cant wait for van dammes epic kumite hope its good

    Utter Tosh

What a load of utter tosh. if I could have reached the remote control that was 6 feet away I may have turned it off unfortunately I was too lazy to get up and do it manually and had to endure 1.5 hrs of utter garbage, Van Damm makes Seagal look like a true genius!

    Surprised

Hard to admit it (Notice the anon!), but I'm still a Van damme fan, all be it a very fustrated one these days...He still has a great 'on screen' charisma, and the movie did suprise me. The last crop of films has had me just flicking through to see if theres any decent martials arts action, yet this one was ok to watch and had a good budget. My only critism is not enough fight scenes....Lets get back to double impact/bloodsport/awol...do what your best at...and what works.

PS Was his buddy in the film, 'Trojan' from the tv series 'gladiators'? I think it was!

I was glad when it finished.

I was born in 1978 so grew up watching good van damme films such as bloodsport, AWOL & the quest. So if you liked those then you'll hate this, van damme is clearly past being a macho tough guy and the acting from the rest of the cast was flat. My 4 year old could probably write a better story line and I would rather take a trip round the M25 than sit and watch this again.

    VAN DAMME IS BACK!!!!

BANG! VAN DAMME IS BACK!!! i am a firm favourite of old jean claude and love his films but of late he has been dropping the ball in terms of action and fights but this film? back on top it's got a good story good cast and good action. you just gotta see the fight between van damme and the ex heavyweight champion boxer.!!!!! it's just pure class and van damme actually gets a decent role to get his teeth into. if your a fan then this film is a must!! 5*

    Van Damn that was rubbish!

Boring Boring Boring. I've never watched a film and cared so little about the outcome. Van Damme doesn't even look his usual 'man not to be messed with' in this film. I've read better story's put together by toddlers involving a dog and a cat.

A cringeworthy film which clearly had a very low budget.
