Another 'based on a true story' lie!

Saw this in the US last week. This is possibly the worst film I have ever seen! Total garbage! the preview shows you the best bits of the film (excited eh?). apparently the family involved in the 'based on a true story' have totally denied everything shown in the film!

No scary bits, no story, no acting. Lets face it, the Americans can't make good horror, they let the French, Spanish and Japanese make the best films and then try to copy them, with poor results. Avoid at all costs, just when you think you've seen the worst horror film ever made, along comes this trash!

great film

After seeing the trailer, I was really looking forward to this film. But then I read the reviews on here and thought I was going to be hugely disappointed. but............I have to say this was much better then i actually thought it would be.

while some things might be a bit predictable, it make me jump afew times. I think its a film you can get completely lost in, and im not ashamed to say I might have shed a tear or two watching this, which has never happened in a horror film.

this is more horror/drama, then anything really scarey, and i found the actors to be very moving!

all in all well worth watching :) i'd recormend it :)
