This is a very low budget sequel (a bit in the present day) to the very good Sleepy Hollow. But this film is in a teen screaming variety, rather than what the original was in.
The plot has big holes in it, the dialogue is very flat and so cheesy at times, the head less horseman looks like a kid with a pumpkin on his head! Rather predictable and very stupid at times too
Avoid!
I am personally a big fan of horror films, indeed I own and enjoy a great number of films which have been ripped to pieces by critics over the years (which I suppose is par for the course with the genre) however this has to be the biggest pile of garbage I have ever wasted time watching.
The wooden acting by the Nick Carter and the thin plot line could have been excused if it had been done with an element of humor. But instead this film attempts to take itself seriously, which is hard to do when the villan of the piece has a large latex pumpkin for a head!!
