Well this movie was messed up to say the least. If you like that kinda thing, then i'd say you'd enjoy it. If not, you may find your self puking in the nearest toilet. It is a rather....disterbing consept. And who ever thought it up needs their heads checking. But, it is doing what it was meant to do: freak you out. So i guess on those premises, it was good. Although not my cup of tea, not by a long shot. I would suggest watching the trailor first, if you're still interested by then, then by all means go ahead. Dont say i didnt warn you.

This film is not scary, its not even creepy or sick. I found it simply silly and thats about it. It was an attempt to shock but it fails. Not a patch on hostel.

Yet another film where I do not care for the characters at all. Just generic pretty girls. Completely boring and over hyped movie.

What are all of you on who say this is disturbing and sick also the acting is not that bad it is rather boring most of the film is , the over the top reactions about this film is ridiculous just because of some poop eating (coprophagia) why don't you all go watch some real disturbing films such as the August underground trilogy I gave the film 3 stars for the hilarity as for sick or disturbing this film gets no browny points as it fails miserably as being a top sick flick more to the point this film is not bad nor a good film it brought a smile to my face but no more than that as for the uncut version of the human centipede 2 is sick in ways but anyway get over your selfs its only a film not real life as for one of the most disturbing films ever you people obviously have not seem much extreme cinema.

Seems to be a lot of people complaining about the acting (which really isn't that bad at all) here, I'm not really sure what you were expecting to be completely honest with you. Did you see the title? Read the synopsis? Same questions apply to those complaining about the movies content. Is it the movie that offended you so? Or was it your own morbid curiosity that caused the upset? Something drew you to this either way. Personally I enjoyed this quite a bit. A darkly comic tale, perhaps a variation of the Dr Frankenstein we all know and love (if you like). The Doctor was perfectly cast, he's up there with Herbert West in the mad Doctor ranks. This is very much a traditional B movie/exploitation flick and should be viewed as such.
