I saw this movie in the cinema in the mid 70s as part of a double bill. Back in the day, when blockbusters were rarer, the studios would turn out fairly low budget actioners starring stalwart actors like George Kennedy, Charles Bronson etc. You d see a double bill advertised and take a chance-in the days before a ticket and a small bucket of popcorn would clean out your wallet!

A solid performance by Kennedy, a simple plot: you terrorists killed my family, I m going to get you. The usual Incompetant police, Americans being targeted because of their govts foreign policy. Nothing much has changed there then! Its a film with the kind of plot that you ve seen before and will probably see used again but not a bad way to spend a couple of hours! Interesting to see what passes for hi-tech cutting edge computer technology back then too!

I enjoy good movies, regaedless of genre or age. I would prefer a good film that is 60 years old, in black and white to a modern film with CGI and explosive effects that is a piece of badly scripted poorly acted rubbish. Throwing money at it wont make it good if the basics arent there! The ideal is a combination of budget, good scriptwriting, good acting and good effects - The Lord of the Rings Trilogy springs to mind - Perfect Filmaking!
