Worth a Watch
By BigSanj (16 reviews) from Surbiton , 13 Nov 2006[Highly rated reviewer]
Previously seen this series when they aired it on the Sci-Fi channel on cable. Its quite good, not very scary but with good twists/suspense and wierd happenings. Well worth a watch- Was this review helpful to you?

(6)Don't bother
By wendle (19 reviews) from rotherham , 19 Jun 2010The first episode was the worst thing I've watched in years. I kept watching in the hopes that it would improve but it just went from bad to worse. On the up side it is very classy and stylishly filmed, shame it's so pathetic.- Was this review helpful to you?

Trying too hard..?
By Rose Matthews from Salisbury, England , 18 Oct 2006A set of British short stories, each half an hour long, kind of like a cheap version of 'the Outer Limits'.
Each episode follows a different character in a strange situation, with a slightly freaky twist at the end. And a gratuitous sex scene with naked ladies.
I just can't quite figure this series out - each episode begins with a slightly OTT intro - 'Hunger for sex, life, longevity...'. Although I quite enjoyed watching this disc, I'll reserve judgement until I've seen the rest of them...
If you like a bit of gentle adult horror / sci-fi, take a look - you may well like it!- Was this review helpful to you?

fairly rubbish
By chungking (101 reviews) from London , 14 Jun 2006I liked the original film The Hunger and thought maybe this might be as good but it tries too hard to be challenging, daring and arty and comes across limp. Also, with the Terrence Stamp intros, couldn't help being reminded of Red Shoe Diaries.- Was this review helpful to you?
