Disney/Pixar animator John Lasseter has been honoured at the Venice Film Festival in Italy with a prestigious Golden Lion award in recognition of his career achievements. A nine-minute clip of a new animated movie from Pixar can now be watched online and gives a sneak preview of what fans can expect when the film opens in October. It's hard to comprehend the fascination animators seem to have for rodents. Perhaps it stems from over exposure to Tom and Jerry in formative years. At any rate, first Aardman gave us the underrated Flushed Away; now Pixar strikes back with Ratatouille.
