My daughter loved this film, and said it was much better than the first. It had a good story line and interesting characters. It was very realistic and the voices matched the characters they played. All round family entertainment.
This film is a continuation from where Mowgli joined the man village from Jungle Book 1.
It was entertaining for the kids and myself and the music scores were good. The animation and the character voices were as close to the original. Altogether a good kids film if not a little short.
The depth of the story could be deeper but matched the original as well as providing continuation. Great film for a rainy Sunday afternoon!
This ranks pretty high in the list of pointless sequels.
Jungle Book is a classic and this smacks of desperation to grab some kudos by association.
Lots of echoes of the original - in both the characters and the music - but the voices (though close copies) don't match up to the originals and the plot's virtually non-existent.
Jungle book 2 was well made but didnt have the originality of the JB1 , even the songs were the same, well made and good family entertainment but not a classic as the first

Well made and presented , but just lacking the spark of it's predecessor .
Kids enjoyed it on the big screen , but interest wained when watching it in with the distractions of home .
Definitely not a classic like the original .
This isn't a patch on the original Jungle Book. Disney's shameless cashing in on a classic.
Do yourself and you kids a favour; stick to the original. Don't ruin the magic of the original by watching this cookie cutter sequel.
but i preferd the original but what do i know im an adult
My 4 year old daughter liked it but didn't think it was a blockbuster. I have to agree and
advise everyone to go for the 1967 (I think) classic original!
Not quite up to the standard of the first, but fun to watch on a quiet sunday afternoonwith the kids. If nothing else, thenits great to see all the old characters again.
not as good as the original but then again what is?
i good family film for all the family
the kids liked this one
