SloppyBy shorleyK (5 reviews) from Taunton , 06 Feb 2009
[Highly rated reviewer]OK- so i became a fan of Dantes Cove- with its silly stories cheesy dialogue and bad acting- it was fun, and fairly sexy... This is billed as a spin off from the creators of Dantes Cove... So its hard to slag it off on the basis of its bad dialogue and awful acting... The fact is its sloppy! The characters are seriously underdeveloped the stroy is weak and disjointed! It just seems that they thought they could get by on their softcore action- which was dissapointing as the only guy with any sex appeal never even takes his shirt off!! Seriously Lame- even for a lame show- and i love lame shows!!

Watch The Teeth !!!By a customer , 05 Jun 2013Fifty years ago, Vampire films were considered to be truly frightening. Now, they are so laughable, there are even children's cartoons featuring them. 'The Lair - Series 1 - Complete' is one of those God-awful series that you watch, think why did I bother with that and then class it as a cult programme. Take it for what it is - easy viewing, tongue in cheek humour !!!
Dont botherBy a customer , 10 Jun 2011pure rubbish! only watched the first disc and removed it from my list.i have to admit that i think dantes cove was better.they are both cheesy crap but at least dantes cove had a better story line and is watchable
The lairBy a customer from Fareham , 29 Aug 2010Okay so I, like many others, laughed my way through Dentes Cove but this really did have no redeeming features. I had to read some other reviews to remember what it was supposed to be about.
So OTT that it's painful but,By Lelboy (269 reviews) from East London , 28 Aug 2010not too bad for 'tosh' entertainment.
The actors try so hard to be intense and accomplished, but they fail miserably. In that failure, however, is a cheesy sort of value, so I'd suggest watching if you want simple, unbelievable entertainment - with the odd bit of eye candy, even though most of the gay stereotyping is a bit irritating.
Never sure why people put spoilers in their reviews. It seems to me that you know a little about the film, or you wouldn't be ordering it..........
