    The Lakes

This is one of the finest dramas to come to the BBC in years.

The cast, the standard of acting and the script are all excellent.

The scene where the parents gather at the lakeside, each not knowing whether their child is the body recovered from the lake is brilliantly acted and shot.

Puts the kind of rubbish served up on today's tv to shame.

This is a brilliant piece of british drama that watches as well now as it did when it was shown on tv! I loved it!!
