oh dear

with the previous makers of spyro ditchingthe dragon and continuining with the ratchet and clank series, The little dragon has now got a new developer. This game is way to hard for kids but is too tedious for adults.when playing this game you will get used to the sound of spyro dying in less than five minutes, what is worse is when starting the game spyro is powerless! get year of the dragon, it is old and on the ps1 but it so is the best- Was this review helpful to you?

(9)What the hell happened to Spyro?
By Marxjohnson (1 review) , 01 Dec 2011I remember sitting up all night once playing the original Spyro The Dragon on the PlayStation - I couldn't stomach 15 minutes of this game. I've got no idea what's supposed to be happening, but the controls are so convoluted you need to read a small essay every 2 minutes to work out how to progress. Rather than teaching you how to play as you go, the start of the game is a player training scenario with no context whatsoever, set on floating rocks in the sky. If you fall off one of these rocks, you dont just lose some health and try the jump again, you actually have to go back and re-do the last task, even if you completed it successfully before the jump. This game may have redeeming features, but I couldn't stand to play for long enough to find them. Avoid.- Was this review helpful to you?

Too much Shaking, not enough Spyro
By a customer from Colchester , 23 Apr 2008You really have to master the controls to get anywhere with this game. I know the novelty of the Wii is the joystick/nunchuck waggling but the battling in this game is too involved, thrust forward, shake side to side, push A ...... Too much!!
Graphics not bad, idea good Overall playable but just not the Spyro we once knew.- Was this review helpful to you?
