Terrible special effects, some awful acting, stupid plot, brilliant film!

Peter Cushing once again reprises the role of Van Helsing and this time he finds himself vampire fighting in China. He is reluctantly at first (but not for long) recruited to accompany a young Chinese student and his kung-fu fighting siblings to save his village from the golden vampires who terrorize it.

This is basically The Magnificent Seven but with vampires not cowboys. Not too much time is wasted on plot but there are several magnificent fight scenes.

Good old fashioned vampire killing fun, with added kung-fu.
