The Line
Thriller set in the criminal underworld of Tijuana, Mexico. Ray Liotta stars as veteran hired gun Mark Shields, who has been contracted to take out Pelon (Esai Morales), the newly-installed boss of the Salazar crime cartel. The cartel, formerly run by Javier Salazar (Andy Garcia) until illness forced him to recruit loose cannon Pelon in his place, is under scrutiny from the highest quarters as it shifts its focus from locally-produced cocaine to heroin imported by the Taliban from Afghanistan.
As rival mobsters and mysterious interlopers wage their warfare on the city's mean streets, Shields finds an unlikely ally in Olivia (Valerie Cruz), a crystal meth addict trying to kick the habit for the sake of her young daughter.

just look at the lead roles
The two lead actors are both great actors, i havent seen this yet but i think its going to be a good film, One i want to watch anyway

This is also known as La Linea. Whatever it's called it is a waste of good actors, don't waste your time.
