    Clever Suspenseful Movie.

Rented this for a Friday night with the lights low and goodies to enjoy. As the film begins, a murder has been done with two cops begining to wonder if they sent the wrong man to death. Meanwhile, a woman has a house up for a lodger to pay the demanding bills while her husband is never really there for her. So when a handsome but mysterious man asks for the house, she dosen't realise that he is not what he seems and maybe the killer of these 'Women of the Night'. With suspense and twists to make your head spin, this is a edge on your seat thriller with many suspects and the horrifying ending that could lead to a sequel but if they do they better make sure they have the cast from the first as it would be pretty rubbish. Strong refences of Jack The Ripper and the terriying From Hell are high in this, giving me and my sister chills down our spines. The pefomances from the stars are good, Alfred Molina and Shane West as the cops who are go into deep obession of these murders. Hope Davis and Simon Baker are a intense chemisy couple, she wanting a bit of him and he being a dodgy guy. I would highly recomend this to anyone who likes a clever film with twists and turns, excellent pefomances and a clever story of how they planned it so slick and fast.

    Good weird film

The lodger is a good film that i had waited for ages to see.. There is a lot of unexpected twists and turns in this film and you are always left guessing, It is amazing how everything fits together once you have a little peice of info allthough what you thought happened may have not... The film keeps jumping about and at the end you see one thing happen allthough you are sure it was another, the acting in this is good and is a great film to watch with your mates.
