Jez this is a long film! I watched it in 3 sittings to avoid dozing off. I will have to see the original to find out if that is any better, as this was really not great.
Now here is a question which immediately sprang to my mind: Why did they have to go to so much trouble brainwashing a possible future president? In reality there is no such difficulty getting exactly the 'right' candidate in power. Perhaps that was the point of this; to try and make us think that our leaders are not easily bought and must be secretly coerced. Whatever, it is overly long and underdone on tension and action.
