Adopted as a baby and taken to England, Daniel Meeks (Andrew Kavovit) returns to the American West--the place of his birth--in search of his real family. Danny quickly adapts to life out West but soon finds himself entangled with the ghosts of the past as he unravels the secrets behind his mysterious family tree--most notably, the legend surrounding his great-great-grandfather Lucius Meeks (Judge Reinhold). Lucius has been unjustly remembered by the town as an evil gunslinger who shot the town's owner and his fiancee in an argument over land rights more than a century ago. Now Lucius' ghost appeals to Danny to clear his name and allow him to rest in peace, and Danny must choose between family loyalty and his love for a descendant of the man Lucius killed all those years ago...
