Believe it or not this hilarious tale of goat staring is based on real events. With George Clooney at the helm, it's been given the Hollywood treatment...

Very funny trailerBy Jasonorris (22 reviews) from Bromley , 09 Oct 2009
[Highly rated reviewer]This is one of those trailers where you hope they did not put all the good bits in it and the rest of the film is not as good.
Looks very funny, and good to see Kevin Spacey back in a big film. I shall be seeing this one and hoping the masses can get past the title.

loved the book, hated the film.By drg0nz0 (1 review) , 06 Nov 2013B**tardised and sanitised adaptation of Jon Ronsons superb book. I know it's not a straight adaptation, and that would have been next to impossible, but this is a shabby, incoherent and confusing attempt.
Clooney and McGregor on the same screenBy a customer , 20 Sep 2013Its OK. The plot is a little thin but Clooney, McGregor, Bridges and Spacey carry it well. This Hollywood version of 'real events' is not meant to be serious so don't watch it if you are expecting to get the answer to the meaning of life. It is what it is - a light-hearted and entertaining way to pass a couple of hours. Just watch it for Clooney and McGregor - what more do you need from a film?
Dont botherBy a customer , 28 Aug 2013Really disappointed. Tried watching this a few times before returning it. Didnt succeed once in watching to the end!Waste of a rental
so so filmBy cheesekake (1501 reviews) from uk , 07 Aug 2013so so film, has some amusing films, but unfortunately they are quite far and between. A great line up but lacking in that oomph that would make this film brilliant
Do you want to waste one and a half hours?By a customer , 12 May 2013This is a very disappointing film. It has a star-studded cast who contribute little to a weak and pointless storyline. I really felt that I had wasted one and a half hours waiting for this film to come alive. It never did!
