    Al Pacino is heading back to Broadway - for a new production of his hit New York play The Merchant Of Venice.     Al Pacino's new Broadway production of Shakespeare's The Merchant Of Venice is already earning $1 million (666,670) a week in box office takings.     Al Pacino prepared for his role in an upcoming production of The Merchant Of Venice by visiting a Jewish temple in New York. The actor is preparing to play Jewish moneylender Shylock in a Public Theater showing of the Shakespeare play this summer (10) and has travelled to Brooklyn to do his research.     Hollywood veteran Jill Clayburgh has died. She was 66. The actress, who starred opposite Burt Reynolds in 1979's Starting Over, passed away on Friday (05Nov10) at her home in Lakeville, Connecticut following a long illness.
