    Tim Robbins is in line to direct a new film version of George Orwell's classic novel 1984. The Shawshank Redemption and War Of The Worlds star, who has also directed the films Bob Roberts and Dead Man Walking, has told Empire that he wants to bring a stage version of the novel, which he is directing, to the big screen.
