Bad Bard!By Steve from Cirencester England , 29 Jul 2004
[Highly rated reviewer]Complete and utter waste of an evening's viewing. You'd be far better off decorating. Appalling beyond belief and has no redeeming features whatsoever. Steer clear or if the voyeur in you gets the better of your judgement, destroy it to delete it from circulation and prevent the misery spreading to other unsuspecting Bard lovers
Very PoorBy a customer from yeovil , 02 Jan 2009I was very disapointed as this was an american production. the accents and acting was sadly poor, especially as i had recently seen a live production at the Globe.
Shakespeare-After a fashion!By David Bevan from Hope Valley England , 24 Jan 2007Disappointing presentation by American actors-poorly filmed and poor sound recording and the worst attempt at a Welsh accent you will ever find!
AMERICANBy Richard Galloway from Selby, North Yorkshire , 08 Oct 2005Not a very good version, the American cast did not do this fine work justice.
Absolutely awfullBy a customer from Edinburgh, Scotland , 25 Aug 2005Bad acting. Incredibly bad accents.
parrot lines: no feel for the play.
This is a truly awfull production.
The worst production --apart from the same Company's version of Macbeth'--that i have had the misfortune to view.
Do'nt bother watching--truly awfull. Just ....awfull
American MessBy a customer from Guildford, England , 02 Dec 2004I was very disappointed when I saw this film because I was expecting an English production of a well made period drama. Instead, it was an American version set on stage - not enjoyable to watch or to listen.
