A really great, original suspence/horror film. Even though the majority of the action takes place in one location (a supermarket), this film is never dull and constantly builds on the feelings of desperation and confinement. As the film progresses the monsters outside seem to become less important compared to the monsters inside, as the trapped townsfolk start turning on each other in a desperate struggle for salvation and survival. The only thing that slightly spoiled this film for me was the half-baked explanation as to where the mist had come from and why it was there. Really didn't need to be explained, clues were already there.
