Different - Jackie Chan
By Khadian (18 reviews) from Llanfechain , 05 May 2009[Highly rated reviewer]
Departure from the norm for Mr Chan with less humour in the film.
Basic story splits into two with the ancient china story very good.
Gets a little confused in the middle of the film with both story lines particularly when the location moves to India.
A different film but a good film with special effects. Fans of Eastern cinema will definitely enjoy this film and it may convert others who give this the time it deserves- Was this review helpful to you?

Bad, bad, double bad
By RhodWindsor (12 reviews) from London , 22 May 2011Sadly, dreadful. The dialogue was amateurish and the convoluted plot (?) didn't work at all. Disappointed with Jackie. Shoot the director.- Was this review helpful to you?

Jackie Chan is Mythically brilliant
By Expotanne (58 reviews) from Rowley Regis , 11 Feb 2011I absolutely loved this film for all its aspects. I'm not even going to comment on the martial arts aspects, because everyone knows by now that nobody tops JC. The film is astoundingly beautifully located and shot. The special effects are out of this world. In short its worth watching, whether because you like oriental films or because you like martial arts - fantastic!- Was this review helpful to you?
