By now the NeverEnding Story franchise was, well, heading towards an end. This one is more firmly anchored in real life, possibly to its detriment, with young Bastian being badly bullied at school by a bunch of no-gooders called the Nasties. His only sanctuary is the library where he can escape to the world of Fantasia via the NeverEnding Story book. Almost inevitably, the Nasties steal the volume and, in order to save his fantasy world, Bastian must return the book. Jason James Richter from the Free Willy films is Bastian and Freddie Jones and Jack Black (from High Fidelity) also star.

This is a timeless classic that any fan of The NeverEnding Story needs to watch and buy for there collection, unfortunately it has never been available for the whole year and a half or so that I have been a member for.
I would recommend buying it from HMV its as cheap as £3.00~£3.99
