    Okayish

Carey is a good lead, although there is the odd gurn he is strong in places. The whole theory of the film does not stand up to scrutiny but overall good mindless fun.

    Truly awful

This is one of the most awful films I've ever seen in my life. Jim Carrey is an excellent actor in serious roles and I was hoping for something as good as Eternal Sunshine - but it really was absolute rubbish and so dull from beginning to end. The so-called 'twist' at the end was predictable and no twist at all. If it hadn't been for the promise of a fantastic twist, I'd have walked out of the cinema after the first half hour.
